Refund and Returns Policy

At stylenest, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you find that your new swimwear doesn’t completely delight you, we offer a hassle-free, complimentary 15-day return and exchange policy for full-priced items.

All returns must be in their original condition, unworn, with all swing tags and hygiene labels intact. 

Please supply your order number with your return, which is found on your original purchase email.

Returning Sale Items:
If you find yourself needing to return a sale item (any item sold at a discount), we kindly request that you cover the shipping costs for the return. While we can’t offer exchanges or refunds for reasons like a ‘wrong size’ or ‘change of mind’, we’re happy to provide a store credit for these situations.

This policy helps us maintain the affordability of our products, ensuring you always receive exceptional value on our sale items.

To ensure a smooth return process, please send back the item within 30 days. We ask that the item be in its original, unworn condition, complete with all its swing tags and hygiene labels.

Returning a Full Priced Item:
Please return your item accompanied by the completed TOGS return and exchanges form found here, selecting your preferences on the sheet.

Processing:
Allow up to 5 business days for processing your return or exchange. We’ll send a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is processed, including new tracking details if applicable.

Additional Information:

• Exchanges: Stylenest covers the delivery cost for the first exchange of full priced items within Australia. Subsequent exchanges will incur delivery charges in both directions.
• Faulty Items: Contact us at sales@stylnest.com for items that are faulty or not as described.
• Retail Store Purchases: Exchanges for items bought at a stylenest retail store are accepted only in-store, following the same condition requirements.
